Human Resources Specialist (m/f)
For our client, a Canadian company with offices in Zagreb, Varaždin and Koprivnica (and Toronto), we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (m/f).
What describes our client best is a cloud PLM solution that simplifies product development by connecting engineers, designers, project managers, and other crucial product stakeholders throughout the lifecycle. It's a single, simple platform that enables managing changes, viewing CAD files in 3D, and capturing feedback and approvals from any stakeholder.
Work place: Zagreb
Responsibilities:
- Administration (keeping records of working hours, preparation for payroll, contracts of employment)
- Administrative and professional support in selection procedures
- Monitoring and implementing new or amended legislation and regulations (labour law)
- Keeping and updating the candidate database and other required records
- Process management:
- onboarding
- employer branding
- work performance
- Education and career development (support and participation in the development of education and training plans, organization and coordination of internal and external education, guidance and career development of employees, etc.)
- Identifying employees with high potential and performance, encouraging excellence
- Establishing and maintaining a positive climate in order to improve the productivity and motivation of employees
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree (Social Science)
- Has 5+ years of experience in Human Resources including:
- 3+ years of experience working on a similar position
- Experience of working in mid-sized companies and enterprises
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge in MS Office and HR tools (e.g. Success Factor)
