Marketing manager (m/f)

Job description

On this job position you will carry out the following works and duties:
- Writing newsletters
- Writing and uploading SEO articles on blogs
- Sales announcements and other marketing actions
- Management of requests from potential tourists in an effective, polite, and rapid way, aimed at obtaining reservations
- Management of the property booking portal, external portals (booking.com, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc.) and the channel manager Rentlio
- Contact with the guests after their stays, to obtain reviews and/or to invite them to spend new stays in our villas
- Assistant/Backup to the Property Manager
- Administrative tasks in coordination with the competent manager

Requirements

The ideal person:
- Speaks and writes in Croatian, English & German
- Has a background in marketing and communication, with good writing skills with SEO and copywriting knowledge
- Is well organized with a problem-solving attitude
