We are looking for you!

For the technical support of our international customers, we are looking to fill the position of a Technical Support Manager (m/f/d) in our office in Zagreb as soon as possible.

Job description:
- You are in charge of your own sub-/customer projects as a Technical Support Manager
- You will be responsible for receiving and processing 1st and 2nd level support requests (by telephone, in person and via remote maintenance)
- You can analyze, classify and process messages in the ticket system
- You are able to create and maintain customer documentations
- A high level of customer satisfaction through qualitative and solution-oriented work

Requirements

- You have profound work experience or a degree in the field of computer science or similar
- You have ideally successfully completed training or studies as an IT specialist or something similar
- You bring basic knowledge in Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE or MobileIron
- You already have a good knowledge of the administration of Android and iOS operating systems as well as end devices
- You preferably have basic knowledge in the administration of Windows and MacOS operating systems as well as end devices
- You are characterized by an independent way of working
- You show good communication skills (telephone, e-mail, etc.)
- Knowledge of media technology and streaming techniques are desirable
- You have a strong willingness to learn, are enthusiastic and have a quick grasp of complex issues
- You are self-initiated, proactive and enjoy working on different issues and communicate confidently across all management levels

3-5

Languages:

German (level vocal - advanced, level written - advanced), English (level vocal - excellent, level written - excellent), Croatian (level vocal - native language, level written - native language)

Android, iOS, macOS, Microsoft Intune, MS Windows, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron
