Are you a technology enthusiast with a strong background in B2B Marketing in an international environment looking to make your next move leading a global team?

We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven tech company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for a Global Manager, Lead Generation to join our team to achieve our strategic goals and grow our organization further.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer based in Germany, you will work closely with your peers from Analytics, Content Creation and Growth. You will lead a small team of local Marketing Influencers located in Ottawa, Canada (Americas) and Munich, Germany (EMEA).

Marketing Manager, Global Lead Generation (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • You will develop new lead generation strategy that compliments Sales and Growth team objectives
  • You will implement and/or optimize tools and processes to nurture leads and increase conversions
  • You will oversee quarterly lead generation campaigns
  • You will oversee the day-to-day management of performance marketing/lead gen-focused campaigns, optimizing each program towards performance goals
  • You will deliver a website that is optimized for lead generation
  • You will lead and develop a team of high-performing marketers; motivating and coaching, while ensuring executional success
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Content, Product, Digital) to deliver a streamlined FRAMOS experience to prospective leads and current customers
  • You will perform a daily review of lead generation progress and analytics

The role can be based remotely anywhere in Croatia. We also have offices in Čakovec and Zagreb.

Your profile

As our Global Manager, Lead Generation, you live and breathe our company core values in all of your activities and drive them through your team. You are an experienced Marketing professional looking to take a step into management.

  • You possess several years of work experience of international B2B marketing and related strategies
  • You have a balance of strategic, creative, and operational thinking
  • You are an expert in Salesforce, Pardot, and other lead generation tools
  • You have the ability to use data to inform strategy and decisions
  • You possess experience with marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention, and growth
