Job description

Job Description: We are looking for a support in our finance department in the role of an administrator within accounting topics.

Responsibilities would include:
- Invoicing: create invoices and support in maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Accounting: Support in bookkeeping and work alongside our finance team to prepare monthly and annual closings
- General support: support in the daily business of our finance team such as clearing Finance inboxes and answering client requests

Requirements

Requirements:
- Ability to work with Excel & Word
- Must fluent German, English is a plus
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts and translate them into the business context (e.g. understanding contractual agreement and translating it into invoicing)
