IT Trainer English and/or French speaking (m/ž)

AGS Movers Zagreb is looking to hire a new IT trainer to join our team.

You will be working within a Zagreb-based multinational team, covering the IT and wider training needs of about 3,000 employees in a worldwide network of almost 300 branches.

Most training is conducted online but there will also be occassions when it will be necessary to visit other branches in person.

Your day-to-day duties will include, but not necessarily be limited to:
- Scheduling and conducting training in industry-specific software to users so that they have the knowledge to use it in their daily work
- Offering assistance to these same users if they run into difficulties
- Creating reports on the use of IT tools by branches
- Proactively identifying the training needs of these branches based upon these reports
- Producing training materials
- Testing new IT tools prior to release to branches

Uvjeti

Given the need to communicate complex processes, we love candidates who can demonstrate good communication skills.

We require you to have excellent English-language skills in both written and spoken communication since this is the working language within our team. Given our Group's presence in many Francophone countries, applications from candidates who also speak French will be very welcome.

All training that you need for this position will be provided on the job, so do not be put off if you have not previously held such a role before or worked in this industry. The type of person is much more important to us than his or her job history, however candidates who can demonstrate some form of training or teaching experience will be viewed positively.

As much as possible, we are trying to automate repetitive mundane tasks so that we can use our time for meaningful human interactions and interesting creative assignments. As such, if you have experience of working with Microsoft's Power Automate or Power Apps then we would love to hear from you.
