Market and Media Insights Senior Specialist (m/f/o)

What will you be doing?
Embedding a “fact based decision making” culture in the company ensuring business leaders have enough info based on consumer, shopper and market inspired insights.Acting as the custodian and ensuring that the company’s category vision, brands portfolio, brand positioning, media strategies and plans, channel strategy and brand and channel activations are consumer, shopper and market insight driven.
Managing media agencies and coordinating media strategy development in all segments of the marketing team.
- Support insights generation from multiple data sources and share learnings on trends, risks and opportunities
- Put in place tracking methods and effectiveness measurements (media activities, BTL activities, Brand activation pillars) and deliver business recommendations based on results
- Set up and execute market analysis based on available data sources and support
- Track and ensure all Media KPIs are in line with targets
- Cooperate with Agency partners in development of media strategy and plans

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.strong written and verbal communication skills
- University Degree
- 3 years of work experience in similar positions
- fluent in English
- skilled in MS office
- demonstrable experience with building effective media campaigns is a plus
