FACC develops systems and component groups for the aviation industry and produces high-end fiber composite components. Our clientele consists of well-known aircraft-manufactures like Boeing, Airbus and Bombardier Aerospace. We are extending our team and are looking for interested and dedicated applicants.
Human Resources Specialist (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting candidate interviews and managing end to end recruitment process (predominantly blue-collar positions)
- Maintenance and assurance of available candidate pipeline
- Maintenance of accurate and organized employee data/records in physical and digital formats
- Coordination with payroll in regard to time management of employees and other HR operations (sick leave, annual leave etc.)
- Assuring the HR operational tasks are in accordance with labor laws
- Assistance to line manager in various HR operations
Your profile:
- Economic or similar educational background
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (recruitment agency experience is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of English, German beneficial
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (predominantly Excel for pipeline and analysis)
- SAP knowledge/experience is an advantage
- Logical and quick thinking with high organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to ad hoc demands from both HR processing and manufacturing needs
- Willingness to travel for the short onboarding phase
