We are searching for a Sales Representative based in Arthrex ADRIA in Zagreb (Croatia).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Present and sell company manufactured products and services to current and potential customers,
• Nourish existing customer relationships, establish relationships with potential customers, and build new ones,
• Participate in national and international marketing events such as workshops, trade shows, and training events,
• Monitor market trends and propose and implement marketing activities,
• Efficient and timely completion of all ongoing administrative reports,
• Use company CRM and iPad-based IT sales tools,
• Develop current product knowledge and maintain up-to-date sales material.

You bring along:​

• You have successfully completed your university degree or medical education,
• In addition, you already have proven experience of minimum 3 years at similar positions or extensive health care experience - Orthopedics and Trauma is advantage,
• You have a very good competency of MS Office applications,
• You have a high-level capability to understand data and propose necessary actions,
• You work independently, carefully and in a structured manner,
• You are assertive and have a high level of reliability,
• You have strong relationship building skills,
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently (driving license B),
• A good and trusting teamwork is just as important to you as it is to us,
• Excellent English skills complete your profile.
