Job description:
We seek for an associate in our corporate & agency department who would work on leasing of commercial properties.

The task consists of helping clients finding adequate solutions, bringing new clients into the firm, presentations of available commercial premises, market analysis, comparable analysis of available premises, support in client's decision making process, leading the negotiations between the parties until the agreement has been concluded.

Requirements:
If you are communicative, resourceful, diligent, professional, have negotiating and presentations skills, good knowledge of English in combination with MS Office tools, you are the person we are looking for.

Driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications: Visoka stručna sprema

Languages: engleski (excelent)

Driving licence: B

Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet
