User Support / Community Assistant (CRO/BiH) (m/f)

Opis posla

We are currently looking for a highly motivated freelance student or recent graduate based in Croatia with native-level language skills in Croatian/Bosnian (knowledge of Slovenian is advantageous), as well as proficient English, to join our team as a User Support/Community Assistant for 10 hours per week.​

Responsibilities:
- Providing user support for Talk Online Panel members in Southeastern European countries via email, telephone, and social media platforms
- Handling various administrative tasks such as document translations and questionnaire testing
- Managing the translation of different texts and questionnaires from English to Croatian/Bosnian and vice versa
- Contributing to the effective performance and achievement of company goals

Uvjeti

- Completed education or ongoing studies in business or marketing
- High level of service orientation, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability
- Proficiency in Croatian/Bosnian (knowledge of Slovenian is advantageous), with good English skills
- Enjoyment in working in a multicultural, cross-border team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively
