Sales Staff Trainer (m/f)
WORKING TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION: Zagreb

TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring the evaluation of motivational training, sales skills training, and training on new high-value cosmetic products for all employees in our branches
- Support for the professional and personal development of all employees in our branches
- Ensuring the achievement of our strategic business objectives
- Participation in interviews alongside the expert team
- Active collaboration and support for all activities related to employment
- Active and open collaboration with all branches and departments of the company
- Professional and expert contact person for all branch employees
- Proactive implementation of our corporate values and brand philosophy
- Representing the "DOUGLAS" brand
- Understanding and adhering to Douglas processes
- Participation in the processing of mystery shopper reports
- Participation in the processing of in-store reports - training evaluations and promoter assessments
- Maintaining quality communication
- Reports to superiors (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in economisc or similar
- Several years of professional experience in Sales (within the Beauty Industry is a distinct advantage)
- Expertise in products and a deep understanding of products in the Beauty Industry.
- Understanding sales techniques, negotiation skills, and how to apply them in the specific context
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication is crucial for transferring knowledge and motivating sales staff
- Knowledge of teaching methods and understanding how to adapt training to different learning styles
- Ability to track and analyze sales results to identify strengths and weaknesses of the sales team
- Being able to maintain motivation and patience to support sales staff through
- Fluent in English
