CRM Specialist (m/f)
WORKING TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION: Zagreb
CAREER LEVEL: Junior/Senior
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Manage local newsletter, email and sms planning
- Creation of newsletters & push notifications
- Align on content creation with Marketing for Douglas and Branded campaigns
- Analyzing newsletter performance & optimization including testing based on guidelines from Group
- Loop back local learnings to central team for best practices sharing
- Localize centrally provided learnings, guidelines, systems and standardized campaigns and/or campaign elements into a local CRM framework and tactics
- Manage continuous analysis and improvement of customer activation strategy with help of global team (especially CRM & Analytics strategy team)
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in economisc or similar
- Several years of proffesional experience in CRM or Data
- Several years of proffesional experience in Performance Marketing Management
- Knowledge about market environment, customers and trends
- Excellent analytical and strong creative thinking
- Detail-oriented way of working
- Fluent in English
