Manager of Information Technology (m/f)

Opis posla

As Manager of Information Technology your responsibility is to manage internal technology processes and support for the Company.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage company hardware, including acquisition, replacement and defining specifications
- Manage company software, including need assessment, procurement, administration and renewals
- Partner with third-party technical support vendor, defining roles and processes
- Provide remote technical support for internal users, including troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Develop, maintain and improve technology processes
- Provide guidance on best practices related to information technology
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software and services
- Install, configure and manage computer infrastructure
- Other duties, as assigned

Uvjeti

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience at an enterprise level.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT
- Experience in service desk required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English required.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
