Job description:
- Being a hands-on leader of finance topics in the company
- Preparation of month end close calculations and postings
- Manage local tax requirements, including the preparation of tax declarations
- Control over correctness of processes and accounting transactions, close cooperation with company’s Shared Service Center
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget, consolidation and analysis of the data gathered from various departments
- Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff
- Maintaining the financial health of the organization, including healthy cash-flows
- Cooperation with auditors
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or Leader
- Experience in the finance area / taxes with previous possible roles such as financial analyst or senior accountant
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Proficient user of finance software, SAP experience is required
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in changing environment
- Strong team-working skills developed in the international environment
- Solution oriented personality
- A solid understanding of accounting principles, IFRS knowledge would be an advantage
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
