Senior CRM Engineer (m/f)
We are searching for a Senior CRM Engineer (m/f) based in our Shared Service Center in Zagreb (Croatia).
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), including the creation of plugins, flows, custom entities and business process flows.
- Configure the functionality of the standard modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service & Customer Insights), including entities, forms, views, workflows and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Design scalable and efficient solutions by leveraging the Power- and Azure platform portfolio.
- Work closely with business departments to understand and analyze their requirements, translate them into technical specifications and solutions, and make architectural decisions.
- Design and implement integration solutions between Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power platform, and other systems, such as ERP and third-party applications, using various integration methodologies, technologies, and APIs.
- Enjoy staying abreast of the latest technologies and capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies, and not be afraid to put your knowledge to productive use.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Active participation in the CRM Team Development Process (SDLC).
You bring along:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing with a focus on IT, or a similar discipline.
- Strong skills in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including developing plugins, flows, custom entities, and business process flows using C# and various Jscript libraries.
- Adept at implementing integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems using various integration technologies (e.g., REST APIs, OData), including Power Platform standard and custom connectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 data model and how to interact with it using the Dynamics 365 SDK, APIs, and web services.
- Strong programming skills in C# and the .NET framework, as well as cloud-first development using the Azure portfolio (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
- Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies and using ALM tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Excellent English skills complete your profile.
