Junior Sales Associate (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Presenting and selling products and services
- Building loyal and trustworthy relationships with clients and improving their engagement
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Taking care of the boutique image and improving public perception
- Maintaining a tidy and orderly appearance of the boutique
- Achieving sales and service level targets
Requirements:
- Minimum high school degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Experience in high-end retail, hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English (level C1)
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details and tidiness
