Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver / nurse looking to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors? Happyhomecare is seeking experienced and caring in-home caregivers / nurses to join our team.

As an In-Home Caregiver at Happyhomecare, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities to our clients.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for seniors.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Accompanied clients to medical appointments, social outings, and other activities.
- Maintain open communication with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.

Uvjeti

This is what we expect from you:
- Care certificate / diploma in nursing
- Professional and team approach
- Experience in nursing / health care is an advantage
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language at a communicative level (English, German, Dutch)
- Reporting on the health status of the client
- Willingness to continually educate in the healthcare field

Our pay structure considers various factors:
Care Intensity: Compensation varies based on the level of care required, ensuring fair pay for specialized or intensive care. Experience: Experienced caregivers are valued and may qualify for higher pay rates. Additional Skills: Caregivers with certifications (e.g., dementia care, CPR) may receive higher pay. Shift Differentials: We offer extra pay for non-standard hours like evenings, weekends, and overnights. Performance Bonuses: Outstanding caregivers may be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
