We are expanding our team by looking for:

Position: Customer Service Agent (Croatian / English)
Required Languages: English and Croatian
Location: Teleperformance in Zagreb
Start Date: 08. May 2024.

What skills are needed to join?

  • You have an advanced level of English in spoken and written
  • You have a native level of Croatian
  • Experience in Customer Service roles
  • You have good knowledge of computer and smartphone use
  • You like communicating on the phone

What you need to do?

  • Supports and advises clients by answering their questions over the phone
  • Informs and advises on products and services
  • Answers calls and e-mail for the client
  • Clearly identifies customer concerns and offers acceptable solutions
  • Manage and document actions and processes in the software
