DMG MORI Balkan is looking to expand its Service Team with a
Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)
Main tasks
- On-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controls
- Delivering technical product demonstration to customer as well as training in set-up, tooling, operating and programming of the machine tools in scope
- Support to spare parts by determining parts required by the customer
- Preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair information
Your profile
- Educational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation
- Several years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics
- Operational experience with machine controls from preferably Siemens, Heidenhain and/or Mitsubishi
- Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship
- Business level of verbal and written communication skills in both Croatian and English, German is a plus
- IT skills (MS Office)
