We are SELK, company located in Kutina, which, in a capacity of subcontractor for EPCOS (a member of the Japanese TDK Group), produces a whole range of highly developed electronic components such as varistors and multilayer piezo actuators, in accordance with the requirements of the global market, with the primary focus on a rapidly growing industries such as communications, IT, consumer electronics and the automotive industry.

We are looking for:
Process Development Engineer (m/f)
As Process development engineer in the automotive industry, you will be focus on implementation of new products and technologies into serial manufacturing process, definition of process parameters and tolerances of manufacturing process including process controls, improving manufacturing processes and optimizing workflow, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

About you
Your main goals include definition of production processes, optimizing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reducing costs, improving product quality, and ensuring workplace safety. You will also be focused on implementing new technologies, keeping up with rapidly growing technologies such as automation, robotics, and advanced materials in integrating them effectively into existing processes.Competences
- Experience in field of engineering and/or production
- University degree in technical field
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential
