Java Software Engineer (mid/sen) (m/ž)

Job description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Software Engineer (mid/sen). As a Java Software Engineer at Luminum, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Java and the Spring Framework. Your day-to-day tasks may include designing and implementing software solutions, writing clean and scalable code, debugging and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in code reviews and technical discussions. While the role is primarily located in Zagreb, Croatia, some remote work is acceptable.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework
- Experience in software development and programming
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good understanding of software development best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools is a plus
