Job description:
- All administrative tasks regarding tendering procedure
- Verification of codes in ongoing tender contracts
- Risk assessment of the change from the Medical Devices Directive to the Medical Device Regulation directive
- Informing the parties involved about the change to the MDR directive
- Informing logistics and customers about the change to the MDR directive
- Tracking of codes in new tenders
- Whether they are subject to change on MDR
- Assisting on administrative tasks during other EMEA projects
- Compiling and organizing documents
- Maintaining a well-organized and easily accessible filing system for tender documents
- Ensuring all tender-related documents are properly archived and stored securely
- Maintaining records of document copies and distribution lists
- Maintaining thorough records of all tender-related documentation, correspondence and communications
Requirements:
- 1 year of work experience in similar Administrative positions
- Advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (specially Excel)
- Efficient time management and organization of activities
- Highly enerigzed, communicative and open attitude
