We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Recruitment Manager to join our team! As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a diverse and skilled talent team and overseeing all aspects of the resourcing and recruitment teams. You’ll be expected to work in partnership with other HR members to grow talent pipelines across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Work with recruiting team to confirm hiring needs and requirements
  • Be up-to-date with new recruiting trends, create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
  • Review recruitment data collection and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Supervise the recruiting team, train them, coach, give feedback and report on their performance
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
REQUIRMENTS
  • University degree (psychology, optional economy)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Ability to motivate employees
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent in English in writing and speaking
