HR Expert / CEE-countries (m/f)
Location: Osijek
Developmental and conceptual activities:
- Participate in development and implementation of fair HR policies
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Develop and update compensation and benefit plans
- Develop, administer and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Creating and implementing efficient recruitment strategy including employer branding activities, involvement in recruitment by preparing and posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Secure efficient onboarding and performance management processes
- Provide support to employees and management in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Cooperate with all the department leaders on updating job descriptions and job roles
- Actively participate in designing and organisation of events for employees
- Produce and submit various HR-reports
Administrative activities:
- Prepare and process all relevant HR documents throughout the employee‘s lifecycle
- Maintain employees records
- Review all HR processes and conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Care for the GDPR compliance in the HR area
- Prepare documents for external payroll
- Create and monitor HR budget
- Process the attendance of employees
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Support the management in disciplinary issues
- Cooperate with external providers (Payroll provider, lawyer, medical monitoring, safety at work trainings) to ensure compliance in given areas
Required skills and abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Efficient organizational skills and attention to detail, proactive approach
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience in a similar function ad minimum in one HR-discipline
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Active knowledge of English language is a must and of German language is an advantage
- Driving licence (occasional necessity to drive for a business trip to company locations)
