iOLAP d.o.o. is partnering with Clarity Consulting, a premier Microsoft partner from Chicago, USA on the development of Clarity Connect (http://connect.claritycon.com), a feature rich contact center platform native to Microsoft Lync. To support this partnership, we are hiring an experienced lead .Net engineer.

iOLAP and Clarity are looking for smart, passionate individuals who are excited about learning new technologies, solving customer challenges, and working in an international environment to join their growing development team in Rijeka, Croatia.

Job description

Product Development/Support:
- Lead, design, develop, test and document new features for our products, working on a small and focused team with a short delivery cycle
- Enhance existing product features and resolve product bugs
- Manage the communication with our customers to track and resolve production support issues, as well as manage deployments of upgrades and server maintenance as needed (~20% time).

Custom Development Projects
- Lead the development of software solutions (hands-on) for our clients by participating in full-lifecycle projects. We will push you to the limits of learning, collaboration, contribution, & innovation as you will be immersed in highly addictive, cutting edge technology projects & also contribute to our internal products development

Requirements

Desired/Nice to have: Microsoft .Net (C# or VB), Microsoft SQL Server, VOIP, SIP, Workflow/BPM, Lync, UCMA, APM(Asynchronous Programming Model) for Microsoft, Linq2Sql

Professional qualification:

Bachelor degree

Languages:

English (advanced)
