FACC develops systems and component groups for the aviation industry and produces high-end fiber composite components. Our clientele consists of well-known aircraft-manufactures like Boeing, Airbus and Bombardier Aerospace. We are extending our team and are looking for interested and dedicated applicants.
Tool & CAM Engineer (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
- Creation and optimization of NC programs for multi-axis machining centers, support of a CAM software
- Support in the conception, construction and documentation of the necessary milling fixtures and tools in coordination with product development, tool engineering and production
- Modification and optimization of NC files and milling fixtures
- Support in preparing for series production on the shop floor and active involvement at Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
Your profile:
- Technical education (mechanical engineering, automation technology, aeronautical engineering)
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (Experience in CNC milling and handling CAM programs)
- Good IT skills (MS Office, CATIA/NX, SAP skills)
- Good knowledge of English
- Manufacturing knowledge of tools, devices and fiber composite components is beneficial

This position requires 3-6 months (depending on experience) of traveling to Austria for an onboarding/training.
