Italian speaking Customer Support Specialist (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily enquiries with customers (native speakers) via phone call, email or chat
- Helping customers with delivery, returns, payments and a lot more
- Ensure that all enquiries are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Document all information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements and skills:
- Excellent Italian (level C1) both spoken and written
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer services and customer needs
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage
- Applicants must already have the right to live and work in Croatia

- Welcome bonus - gross 3.000,00 HRK paid in three monthly installments of 1.000,00HRK
