Import/Export Administration Specialist (m/f)

In a newly created full-time permanent role, D.TRADING is looking for an Import/Export Administration Specialist, to support our growth in the CE/SEE region.

Located in the Sky Office Tower in Zagreb, you will enjoy modern facilities and be surrounded by a driven team.

Responsibilities:
- Execution of all agreements and contracts for the export/import of electricity and gas in the CE/SEE market
- Execution of service contractual documentation
- Responsibility for the preparation and creation of reports in line with regional and local legislation (regulators, REMIT, Customs Service, etc.)
- Execution of contractual and primary documentation in accordance with the contractual terms agreed with counterparties
- Сontrol of accounts payable/receivable

Uvjeti

- University Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in import/export within an international environment
- Knowledge of foreign trade activities
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage but not a must

Skills and knowledge:
- Fluent Croatian and English communication skills required (both written and verbal)
- Computer proficiency (Windows OS, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to accurately work with large amounts of data
- Import-Export knowledge
