Implementation Manager - Solar PV (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:

• Accountable for implementing renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, specifically focusing on solar power plants
• Ensure project execution aligns with profit requirements, managing resources effectively to optimize profitability
• Ensure implementation is completed within contractual deadlines and following internal procedures
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing possible challenges
• Maintain adherence to profitability frameworks and defined principles when handling potential challenges
• Act as the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase, including conducting on-site visits and addressing their possible technical requirements
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as national distributors, equipment suppliers, and subcontractors
• Provide guidance to cooperants, ensuring effective coordination and efficient teamwork
• Responsible for accurate and organized documentation for both external and internal stakeholders, encompassing technical and economic aspects of the projects

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of solar power plants
• Good technical knowledge in energy efficiency and renewable energy sources is preferable
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, suppliers, subcontractors
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose creative solutions
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools
• Fluency in the English language (both written and spoken)
