WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• A distance learning programme in Business Management offered by a German private university. In addition, you will take some exams at the study centre in Vienna
• You will study and work at the same time. You will receive paid time off for the study periods, which means that you will be paid in full but will only work 34 hours per week
• You will work in one of our stores. In addition to your work in sales, you will also learn everything about the areas of decoration, administration and in-store logistics.
• Different seminars, internships and career events in Vienna will complete your training and prepare you for your first management position
• After graduation, you will have the opportunity to develop further as a department manager

If you participate in the Dual Study Programme with us, you will receive a monthly gross salary of EUR 625 (full-time) in the first year plus performance-related commission. In addition, we cover your tuition fees and the costs for your accommodation during the study blocks and career events.
