Bakery Assistant (m/f)
In this position you will be required to be fully flexible and available to work different shift patterns.
Main Duties will include:
Bake and finish products to the highest standard
Follow recipes strictly and as per company’s guidelines.
Adhere to production planning and batch control guidelines for bakery products
Conduct quality and freshness checks
Maintaining department’s cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
Complying with relevant legal obligations
Complying with Company Guidelines and Procedures
Adhere to weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Bakery
Attend relevant training and implement learnings on site or as required.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum of 1 year previous baking experience is required
Creative and able to embrace new recipes
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
