For their newly established entity in Croatia they are currently looking for an:

Account Manager (m/f) - Croatia and Slovenia

Job purpose:

On this position you will be mainly targeting Slovenian territory but also covering the border, continental part of Croatia. The focus is to build long-term partnership with customers ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. You will have to achieve sales targets through offers and solutions that are individually tailored to customer´s needs providing top service.

Responsibilities:

  • apply local strategy into a clear growth strategy for assigned territory
  • identify and understand the customer’s needs, focus on meeting those needs and ensuring both satisfaction and a continuing business relationship
  • create, implement and follow sales plans to realize the full potential of the market and increase market share
  • analyze, develop and manage sales network acting as a customer-oriented sales support, providing clients sales solutions and improvements with the aim to increase turnover
  • present, support and roll out new services, enhancing its benefits
  • participate on projects on international level

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B business, field work
  • experience in pricing, marketing, sales strategy, understanding of retail
  • excellent competencies in sales excellence and value selling
  • preferably degree in a technical subject
  • fluent written and spoken English, Slovenian language is an advantage
  • good knowledge of IT systems, used to communicate and report via CRM systems
  • E- business oriented, ability to support digital transformation
  • open minded, engaged, entrepreneurial spirit, fast learner
  • willing to travel, active driving licence
